I'm excited to be entering my fifth year here at Spruce View School as the grade 8 homeroom teacher. For the 2023-2024 school year I will be teaching all core subjects and junior high outdoor education.
I was born and raised just outside Sundre on a cattle farm in the James River area. I attended the University of Alberta where I earned a Bachelor of Education in 2017, and I started my teaching career five years ago in a school in Edmonton before deciding to move rural again.
In my spare time I enjoy fly fishing, reading, hunting, camping, and cooking.
I am looking forward to another great year!
